Featuring the highest marathon quality, further developed for the specific demands placed on an e-bike tyre. The patented SmartGuard panel is additionally supported by two layers of RaceGuard fabric, allowing this Smart-DualGuard to protect even better against sharp objects. In addition, the ADDIX-E compound designed for E-bike use provides outstanding grip even at high speeds, as well as maximum durability.

Ideal for touring and city bikes

The Marathon E-Plus Performance rolls amazingly lightly thanks to the use of high-tech materials. In addition, the “anti-ageing” sidewall endures the typical overloads caused by insufficient air pressure for much longer before it develops ugly cracks. Thanks to a new carcass construction, the sidewalls have been reinforced with an additional fabric ply, thereby keeping the tyre stable even under higher load capacities. With its deeper tread, the tyre is extremely versatile for touring and trekking. Of course, the tyre is approved for e-bikes with a support level of up to 50 km/h and meets all the requirements of modern e-bikes.
